He's 50lbs, and 40" tall. We have been using a small memory foam seat pad as well in all his seats, it makes it soo much more comfortable. With the memory foam pad (about 1.5" thick), this carseat fits him just right, and there is still room to move the crotch strap one step forward. The harness also have plenty more to give on his legs and chest. The harness is easily adjustable on the sides. This is the first time I have been able to strap him in a seat with his Jacket still on. <br /> <br />Most 5pt harnesses are only usable up to 40lbs, tough luck if you have a big kid, some seats says 65lbs, but then the straps usually are way too short, this seat will truly deliver on the size. <br /> <br />Awesome. <br /> <br />Amazon delivered this real quick with free ss. Unfortunately, for the child seat to work it must be attached to a hook behind the car's seat which not all cars come equipped with, especially cabs in foreign countries.
